It makes a great advertising photo if you have one, but lots of people are more interested in the interior, the cleanliness, and overall, the affordability. Most larger apartment communities will have a pool, but they’ll have a ton of other amenities to pad that.
Get concept – find your “thing” and build a marketing slogan around it! That “thing” should be something you do better that anybody else. Simple is usually the best!
